Divergence Watchlist 12/11/2017: STZ, MSFT, V, BIDU, INTC, KMX, CHKP, ADI
Constellation Brands (STZ) Stochastic Divergence Channel Line Bounce Buy: 218.22 Target: 221.65 – 227.20 (1.57% – 4.12%)
Microsoft (MSFT) is set up for a bull flag breakout above the trend line . A measured move would bring up to the top of the target zone. The stochastic is a textbook divergence with a higher low that has already turned back up. Buy: 84.75 Target: 86.20 – 89.33 (1.71% – 5.40%)
Visa (V) has already moved off of the channel line and is poised to move on to the top of the channel. Buy: 112.92 Target: 115.28 – 118.07 (2.09% – 4.56%)
Baidu (BIDU) – We traded this last month for a profit and now it is set up again with stochastic divergence on the channel line. It is also in a falling wedge pattern. Buy: 237.17 Target: 244.40 – 256.07 (3.05% – 7.97%)
Intel (INTC) – This is an update on the trade setup from last week’s watchlist. The entry was never hit and we still have a good setup here. The target is conservative, but we are looking for this one to move back up and into the channel. Buy: 43.76 Target: 44.44 – 45.53 (1.55% – 4.04%)
CarMax (KMX) has stochastic divergence on the channel line. Buy: 68.22 Target: 69.88 – 72.55 (2.43% – 6.35%)
Check Point Software (CHKP) has stochastic divergence on the trend line. Buy: 105.00 Target: 107.56 – 111.70 (2.44% – 6.38%)
Analog Devices (ADI) has stochastic divergence on the lower trend line Buy: 86.04 Target: 87.56 – 90.02 (1.77% – 4.63%)
